Well, I’m up a little late then usual must be tired after the very busy week I have had. Am just about to go out riding on my bike, I haven’t had the time this week, I did mange a few swimming session at the hotel but not my usual long session so I will have to make up for it this morning.
I haven’t but any weight on this week, despite my stay in hotel and all the food and drink that entails, but I haven’t lost any either so it has been fairly balanced out. Am away again this coming week but only for one night (Wednesday) I have a very busy day planned Thursday and late flight back in the evening, followed by a early start at Heathrow on Friday. Perhaps all the rushing around is as good as exercise at burning calories off.
