Rabbit Thought of the Day

Well I have started to load music on to my new MP3 player, but it seems to take to down load each CD onto the MP3 player. Caz has loads of music on here which she puts on her Ipod. But it would take me ages to go through her music and find what I want need load it to my MP3 player, so I am finding easier just to load each CD direct onto the player.  

I think this is going to take me quite a bit of time, which is fortunate has I have nothing else this weekend, so it should be a good way to relax this weekend, no stress or pressure just a relaxing time. What else are weekends for!

The rain as not arrived yet, but the weather man is sure it is on it’s way. But for now the sun is shining although it’s still very cold, maybe it just me being a wimp. I have cleaned the flat from top to bottom and even put the washing on, which of course is not too arduous of a task. Just sort the stuff out into different colours, add a couple of washing tabs to the machine and switch it on, simple.  

I have just made myself a little, lunch consisting of smoked mackerel, lettuce cherry tomatoes and a piece of pita bread, very nice it was too.

Yippee my new MP3 player has just arrived (4Gb of memory), my old one packed up during the week, so I add to fork out for a new one. That has given me the incentive to crack on with the housework then I play with my new MP3, oh happy day!

We have decided that we are going to do the weekly chores today instead of the usual Sunday frenzy. Caz is out all day; we are not going to suffer the delights of the shops today (thank god). So we thought we would do it all today then tomorrow we can be bored all day and watch TV or read.  

Seems like a good idea to me, anyway I am in the mood for doing something and its not going into town and spending money so I might as well make myself useful. Plus I could earn some deserved brownie points from Rosemary!

Well I’m home, showered and dressed after my ritual Saturday morning bike ride. I struggled this morning I don’t know if it’s because I was out last night as well or because of the cold. Which I say with fear of contradiction was bitter this morning. My fingers and toes practically felt the effects, my arms at first were very cold but at least warmed up as I went further into to route. 

The first thing I did when I got was jump into the shower, which was a big mistake from being very cold my body was suddenly very hot which was very painful for my extremities.  

However, I feel great now, so it was worth it and although I moan it doesn't take me long to recover, I wonder if the others who I passed this morning struggled with the cold as much as I did, god know what it will be like when winter really sets in, however my body will have adjusted to the cold by then, I hope!

Looks like we have a bit of a sun rise, I hope it stays clear and bright today. But the weather forecaster is predicting heavy rain. Let’s hope they are wrong as usual.  I suppose it time to get dressed and face the great outdoor, wish me luck and I’ll see you all later.

Saturday morning, it’s still dark and cold out there, but I’ll be getting ready so to go out on my bike. Last night was ok but it was definitely chilly but once I got going I was ok. I am nor really looking forward to this morning but one I am on the road I start to feel good. Once I have finished I am really pleased with myself for what I have accomplished.  

No Caz this morning, she is off to Canterbury University with her dad on another open day, I have done my stint by taking to Southampton, Nottingham and Leicester. I hope she has a good day.
