Rabbit Thought of the Day

I have just received a phone call from the job agency wishing me look for Monday, and telling me that time and who to report too. I am all ready to go, well apart from my shoes need cleaning but that’s a throw back to my army days. I am looking forward to it, I suppose every one does when they start a new job, I just I hope I did the right thing, but it’s a little late to worry about things like that now.

Well that’s another job complete; the flat is a s clean as a new pin. Nearly good enough for a white glove inspection (that may be economical with the truth) but I have cleaned the flat.

I have a time for a little rest now before I become the taxi driver, Rosemary and caz are going to the hairdressers and apparently I have been volunteered to drop them and pick them up, oh and my second job will be to take Caz to the library. I have said it before and I’ll say it again a mans work is never done!

It’s certainly warmed up now and looking like a beautiful day. I have just been out to do the shopping, and because I didn’t need a great deal, I decided to go to Asda’s rather than shop online at Tesco’s. It still came to £40 though, and there were only four bags of shopping. When I emptied the shopping bags out before putting it away, I thought to myself not a bloody lot for forty quid.

Potatoes, a bit of salad, stuff, some fresh fruit, fish and bread plus a few incidentals nothing really and it cost forty quid later and I’m now bloody skint, lol.

I have now a few jobs to do, I promised Rosemary that I would clean up before she got home, well actually I didn’t say anything to her, I just decided that it would be a nice thing to do, so when she gets in it all nice and clean. So with that in mind, I’ll catch you all later, bye for now.

It’s very cold out this morning, my poor little feet are like blocks of ice, the rest of my body has warmed up but when I first started all my body was very feeling the cold. Before I go out cycling tomorrow morning I’ll make sure that I am wearing some warmer clothes.

I struggled again this morning, I don’t know if it was the cold or what but my time was about the same as usual it just seemed harder, there is wind blowing into my face for half the time but it wasn’t too strong. Oh well I suppose we all have bad days!

Here we are Friday the end of another working week, but what is different about this one is today I finishing working for Crown House Technologies. Although I am officially supposed to be at work today, I have nothing left to do; my computer and mobile phone have been returned so in agreement with my line manager I don’t need to go in today. I said all the goodbyes yesterday and swapped phone numbers. 

So today I will go out on bike and later do a bit of shopping, it should be a relaxing weekend Caz is away again so we will be on our own once more. A little bit of tidy this morning will lave us with nothing to do this weekend but put our feet up nd take things easy. Monday, though I start my new job.
