The Governments of the world are trying to help the financial situation around the world in a co-ordinated move the central banks of Britain and the US have reduced the interest rates by 0.5%. Only time will tell if the banks pass this rate on to us. If they want to start borrowing again then I suppose they must. I have very little understanding of the money markets I have trouble balancing my own bank account at the end of the month god knows what I would be like if I had to look after the fiancés of a whole country< I suppose the population would be living on beans on toast for the last few days of every month, lol.
