Well because I am home early I have decided that instead of going out on my bike later tonight, I will go out this afternoon before dinner and before seeing the nurse. I have to see the nurse at six, so if I go out at about 16:30 then I can do my bike and then go and see the nurse, the back home a little dinner.  

This has an advantage that I should be lighter after exercise because of all the sweating I have done. The big disadvantage is next time when I get weighed and I dressed normally and without the exercise it will probably be show that I haven’t lost as much weight. Does that make sense to anyone, its alright when I say, but it doesn’t look right when I have written it down.
