What are the worst lines that you can remember in films, Arnie is famous for the line ‘I’ll be Back’ but the worst in my mind and as far as I recall its been in nearly 21 films is ‘Aw James’ if you can’t quite get it what the women whisper to James Bond in nearly every one of his films.

Who’s seen the new Hovis advert, produced by Ridley Scott, must be one of the best ones on TV at the moment. You can actually view on line at www.hovisbakry.co.uk or follow this link.

I saw first time while watching ‘Last of the Summer Wine’ quite appropriate I think. -

Try Not to Fall Asleep
@ 2008-09-14 – 16:36:23
I have just been trying to watch a DVD Caz bought me for my birthday day, but only managed about 10 minutes before I succumbed to sleep, well about 2 hours of sleep actually. She made a good choice of DVD, she bought me ‘Tiger – Spy in the Jungle’ about the four tiger cubs growing up in India. It was on the BBC a while ago, narrated by David Attenborough an excellent program well worth watching that is if you don’t fall asleep.

It Fits Again
@ 2008-09-14 – 12:38:12
Well, tomorrow should be an easy for me; I have a seminar in London (The Institute of Physics) it should be quite interesting especially as lunch is provided. The subjects are the new edition of wiring regulations and modern construction practices. I have already dug my suit of the wardrobe, its one I haven’t worn in ages. But because I have lost over 2 stone on my diet I am able to fit in once again (oh happy days).
Without trying to be crude, the trousers I have been wearing for the last week are far too big for me and I am able to take them without undoing them (sorry too much information there). Right have off to make lunch may go out later the weather is lovely.

Available for Hire
@ 2008-09-14 – 12:28:30
I am available for hire, house or flat cleaner reasonable rates plus expenses, no job to small or too large, only available on weekends though. You may be wondering what the hell I am on about.
Well I have just finished blitzing the flat it now immaculately clean, you won’t find a spot of dust anywhere. I thought I would give Rosemary a treat and leave her in bed, (yes she’s still there, she didn’t sleep very well last night) while I cleaned the flat, it has taken me about 90 minutes, but to tell you the truth, Once I had picked things up it wasn’t to bad. Still it has left me with a sweat on.

Don't Be Late
@ 2008-09-14 – 10:46:08
While I was at Nottingham, we obviously attended a few talks on various things, from the history course to life at university. While in on of these talks, it was the one on ‘Life at University’, that one of things I most hate occurred, it happened not once but many times and that is people being late for meeting or lectures and just walking in.
Now this talk was going on very 30 minutes and the duration of the talk was about twenty minutes. It is really annoying for the audience and for the person giving the lecture to be interrupted by ignorant people disturbing all involved. Being late for something like that and then just walking in without any apologises is not only rude but it is unacceptable and there is no excuse for it. They could have waited a maximum of 30 minutes for the next talk. Perhaps it’s my army training or my up bringing but lateness is the one thing I really hate, or am I being unreasonable. -
Nottingham University
@ 2008-09-14 – 10:17:00
Yesterday trip to Nottingham University was brilliant and I think that she has elevated Nottingham to first choice on her list, Caz does have a few more to visit but I think see was very impressed not only with the course content, (see wants to do history) but with the campus as well. I have to agree it the campus was exceptional it didn’t particularly look like a university the grounds are huge and there are loads of open spaces and it looked so green, more like a country park than a university.
The drive wasn’t too bad either despite having to negotiate the M25 and M1, in fact the traffic was very light. The only problem occurred less than half a mile from the university its self when an accident held us up for about twenty minutes. Next week I have to drive the same route only not quite as far as we are looking at Leicester University.

Lend Me Your Eyes
@ 2008-09-14 – 10:06:04
Good morning, friends,
Romans,English,Britain’s, people of the world, countrymen lend me your eyes (or something like that anyway). What a glorious day the sun out and it looks like being a very nice day. I have just got back from a great bike ride, which was extended this morning as I needed to burn off a few extra calories after my birthday meal last night.
I was taken for a special meal of fish and chips, I know it sounds common, but this is a very nice restaurant and it made a change from the usual Chinese or Italian we go too. But because of my diet I had to work extra this morning to make up for it.
The seafront is becoming busy already and the local cafes are already taking lots of customers for they Sunday morning fry up. It smelled great as I rode past, maybe another time I stop and have a hearty breakfast.
