Rabbit Thought of the Day

We are going to have a quiet weekend this coming weekend; Caz is going to her Nan’s this weekend and leaving us on our own. So we have decided to go the cinema and watch X Files, Rosemary as always liked the program to I promised to rake her out. Well we need arrest after last weekend. Actually there are a few films I would like to see, so I might be a spending quiet a bit of time there.

Am shattered, I was out on my bike last night and again this morning plus I did a fair amount of walking around London and Canary Wharf. I have come to the conclusion that exercise is bad for you, lol. Not really, I can feel the benefit already after three weeks; I can actually feel myself improving so I know its doing me some good.

The interview went very well and I was pleasantly surprised with the company, it’s a small electrical company very close knit with expertise in fit of office blocks and small commercial properties.

I have a few more interviews lined in the next couple of weeks including some of the larger electrical contractors, I am not in hurry to find a new job, but I am disillusioned with my present employers.

It time to get ready, the shirt and trousers are ironed, now its time for a shave and shower and then I will be on my way. I will of course report back later.

Stress factures, bitten by a poisonous spider (in France) these are only some of the mishaps that have befallen one of major medals hopes in Beijing. But are they genuine injuries or are the media and her PR team making excuses all ready, before the games even begin.

We all know that Paula Radcliffe is the best marathon runner in the world; she has proved that time and time again. But in Athens she succumbed to the heat and was left in tears and she was destroyed by the other athletes. But the heat and air quality of Beijing will far worse than she encountered four years ago.

Maybe I am just being cynical but I have feeling that the excuses are already being made.

Its interview day, but not this afternoon so I have a little to potter about and the jobs I should have done over the weekend. Have just been out on my bike and am still trying to get my breath back, this exercise is hard work you know! But I know its doing me good, well I hope it is.

I will have to go this morning and get the puncture mended on my car, but I have plenty of time so no point in rushing.
