The sun has decided to put in an appearance, bloody typical the weather has totally ruined my day. I should have gone out early this morning I might have got wet at first but at least it’s looking a nice day now.

 

I went out with Caz last to do a bit of exercises she keeps nagging me to do more, which is a good thing see is good at keep at my motivation at this rate I’ll soon be lean mean fighting machine once again, or as we used to in the army a body like a racing snake (don’t know where that came from).
