It’s so sad that six young people should die so tragically in a traffic accident, some have the emergency services have been so traumatised that they have said they could never work in the same job again. The scene must have been horrific; the police will now carry out a full investigation, to determine the cause of the accident.

 

I am not trying to be judgemental and without the full facts it is impossible to draw any conclusions but from the limited pictures available it does appear that the HGV is on the wrong side of road. Why, I don’t know it may have been serving to miss something and the road does have quite a few bends so it may have drifted across the across road while negotiating a bend, and speed will have been an issue.


But my heart goes out to all the families involved it must be so difficult to come to terms with such a tragic incident.
