  • Supervision Required

It may have been a lazy start to the day, but the last couple of hours have seen a hive of activity, we have blitzed the flat and all its looking good, just a quick clean of the bathroom and we will be in lazy mode once again with out feet up and reading the newspaper.

But I do need to iron a few shirts for next week, but that shouldn’t take me very long and Rosemary will do the supervising to ensure that they are perfect and will pass an inspection.

  • Veterans Day

    Group Captain

The Veterans Day went off okay yesterday; well attended for the first parade I would expect it to get better as time goes along. But I don’t think it was well advertised I hadn’t seen any posters around it was only because I heard it once on the radio that I actually know it was taking place.

But despite that it was a good day and a good location for it, it was held on the pier and there was plenty of room for displays. Hopefully if grow in future years and will have more veterans attending and more displays.

  • Lazy Sunday

To sa, I have been lazy today would be an understatement, I got up at the usual time, went right back to bed and have only surfaced again about 30 minutes have spent so long in bed for ages.

We had a great time at our friends birthday party last we didn’t in until the wee small hours of the morning hence the lazy day. I have a few jobs to do around the house then I will be able to post a couple of pictures of yesterday’s Veterans Day, which also went well.
