Have been and bought my lunch, I don’t think I will forget it again, £3.25 for a cheese and tomato role and can of coke, bloody scandalous its daylight robbery. How do these places get a way with it? I can nearly have sandwiches every day of for the same price I have just paid for one.

That's a little on the pricy side, but not out of the ordinary by any means. Some people simply prefer to spend the money to save the time spent in shopping for the ingredients, making the sandwiches and then washing up after doing it.

Just a query, but why do jenray & SeasideMan get "pro" appended to their alias?

They have a deal with Blog.Co.UK whereby they pay money and can keep control of what adverts if any they allow on their blog. They also gets some features that enable them to do more exciting things with more images and backgrounds etc.

Where did you pay that?

I'm always shocked by the prices of sandwiches, especially in London...cheese and tomato doesn't sound costly at all...I suppose if people are prepared to pay those exorbitant prices, the sandwich makers will continue to charge so much...great big hugs...
