by 359Rabbit @ 2008-05-02 - 14:04:48

Looks like I’m buggered, the Dartford Bridge is closed and it seems everything is going through the tunnel, just what everyone wants on a bank holiday weekend. I need to go thought the tunnel to get home.

Time to Go

by 359Rabbit @ 2008-05-02 - 11:19:41

Brown is disappointed at the local election results, at present Labour as received only 24% of votes cast compared with Tories on 44% and Lib Dems on 25%. He has said Labour will learn lessons, reflect and move forward. I think the best thing he can do is resign, he his way out depth. The Labour Party and in particular the last Prime Minister (god’s own Mr Blair) have ruined this country, it like being back in the 70’s.

It must be a time for a change, but would Cameron be any better, I doubt it very much, he his from a well to do family and has never wanted for in his life, he has no idea how the working man gets through life. He likes to think he does but in reality he doesn’t.

But one thing his clear we need to get rid of Brown, send him back where he belongs. Sorry Scotland I would wish Brown on my worst enemy he would ruin your Country as well. Best option would be send him somewhere he could do no damage, the America would be a great option.

Cancelled

by 359Rabbit @ 2008-05-02 - 10:33:36

I have to say that today is dragging, I was supposed to have a meeting at 10:00 but at 09:45 he phoned in to cancel stating a family crisis, but there was supposed two other engineers also attending. Do these have family crisis as well, I doubt it? I bet they have just started the bank holiday early, we are not very happy here.

They were supposed to issue us some important documents as well, It may well be that these are not ready and the family that’s the reason for the family crisis. Am just annoyed.

Celtic & Rangers

by 359Rabbit @ 2008-05-02 - 07:58:56

I have always taken a bit of an interest in the Scottish football and like to see how Rangers are doing. So I need some help in understanding the current position the race for the title between Rangers and Celtic.

Currently Celtic heads the table with 80 points having played 35 games. Rangers are second with 75 points but have only played 32 games. Now this is I am confused Celtic have 3 games left to play (Motherwell 03/05, Hibs 11/05 and Dundee Utd 18/05) therefore Celtic will have played 38 games.

Rangers have four games left to play (Hibs 04/05, Motherwell 07/05, Dundee Utd 10/05 and Aberdeen 18/05), therefore Rangers will have played 36 games, two less then Celtic. This information came from the BBC website, and the BBC are a little stupid now again so it may be wrong, it would be great if any of our northern friends help me with this.

Bank Holiday

by 359Rabbit @ 2008-05-02 - 07:45:08

Friday is here, and it looking good, the sun is shinning and it’s a bank holiday weekend. Tomorrow looks good, but Sunday and Monday looks like it may be a washout. Typical bank holiday weekend eh.

Oh well at least we have a long weekend, can’t expect too much can we. We haven’t planned anything, I suppose we just see what happens, I need to do some work in the garden though, it starting to look like a jungle out there.

Elections

by 359Rabbit @ 2008-05-02 - 07:27:10

Well it appears that the Labour has been stuffed in the local elections. We will now see David Cameron gloating at the Labour while Gordon Brown will make his excuses and try and blame someone else.

What difference will it make not one iota, no matter who is in power its us the public that have to suffer the incompetent and hopeless idiots who run this country.

We are to blame, we put them in power so I suppose we have to suffer the consequences, we have the option of standing ourselves, but to do that we need someone to back us. I believe that candidates for the mayor of London have to pay a deposit of £10,000.
