  • Olympic Torch

The Olympic torch will arrive in London today on its way the Beijing for the games later this year. But protesters are planning on lining the route and have vowed to have their voice heard and to protest against China actions in Tibet.

For those of us that live in London we must be fed up with the term Olympics, every night on the local news we have an article on the London Olympics in 2012, they are 4 years away yet, and already I am fed up of them. Lets cancel and give them to Paris, they would make a better job of them anyway.

  • Grand National

My tip for the Grand National, don’t gamble only the bookies ever win, keep your money and have a nice meal out, that way your spouse will be happy and then ever one wins.

  • Home as Last

Rosemary is now home and feeling better, even if she is not looking her best. But she is laughing about what happened so it a good sign she is getting over it. She has to see the district nurse next Thursday to get the stitches taken out and we have to make an appointment to see the doctor to find why it happened. We know that her blood pressure was very low, but she was on two lots of medication for her blood pressure because it was too high, the hospital has taken her off these meds.

Her mum and dad are going to pop in and she every day next week, to make sure so is ok, while I go back to work, I am sure she will be ok now she is off her meds but you can never be too careful. She did sleep very well, during her stay, but she seems to making it for it at the moment. You know what it’s like in hospital, people are always wondering around during the night disturbing your sleep, or in the case of Rosemary waking her up every hour to check her vitals.

But she home and I’m a lot happier now as well
