Terminal 5 is still having ‘Teething Problems’. A few months ago on the London news there was a report on T5 on how it would cope with the baggage, they had thousands of bags and people to test out all the systems, which according to the report worked perfectly and would be a great asset when the terminal opened.
Well now it’s now open and what do we see, total chaos, apparently I in 5 flights will be cancelled today, so much for our efficiency!

Unfortunatley you are correct, PC or not, we employ some of these people because it cheap labour and look where it gets us!

Pro Well, not always cheap labour...the PO pays the people with poor English the same as the British people so doesn't always apply...daresay BA also pays its workers the same money...our hospitals at the moment have serious probs with MRSA in one and NRA in the other to the extent that some patients cannot be transferred from Poole to Bournemouth because the infection is so serious...the patients say some nurses are great but most say 'in a minute' when they require some help and never get it and the staff are mostly foreign...I was amazed when I went into hospital with my stomach...the amount of doctors from around the world outnumbered the one British doc by five to one, the nurses are very mixed nationalities as well...apparently Australia is pinching our British nurses at a rate of knots and we get left with overseas ones...even when I had my back ops and nearly starved to death and had chronic cystitis because they didn't feed or give me water for the six weeks I was there, there was a very high percentage of mixed races amongst the staff and I'm afraid the black nurses could be really nasty...I survived the ops by sheer bloody will power, because I certainly didn't get any help from the nurses...big hugs...

I think they've cancelled 38 flights so far...wonderful isn't it!! We say it's good we have a cosmopolitan work force but it would be even better if the bloody cosmopolitan work force spoke enough English to understand the instructions on how to do their jobs properly!! I don't recall so many cock ups when we didn't employ so many different nationalities some with barely any English...I probably deserve a big smack hand for this non PC comment, but things are not getting any better in the UK and there are a lot of nationalities now employed by our companies with very poor English, who really shouldn't be making so many errors...the PO employs people who can barely string two words of English together, this cannot be sensible...big hugs....
