Terminal 5 is still having ‘Teething Problems’. A few months ago on the London news there was a report on T5 on how it would cope with the baggage, they had thousands of bags and people to test out all the systems, which according to the report worked perfectly and would be a great asset when the terminal opened.
Well now it’s now open and what do we see, total chaos, apparently I in 5 flights will be cancelled today, so much for our efficiency!

I think they've cancelled 38 flights so far...wonderful isn't it!! We say it's good we have a cosmopolitan work force but it would be even better if the bloody cosmopolitan work force spoke enough English to understand the instructions on how to do their jobs properly!! I don't recall so many cock ups when we didn't employ so many different nationalities some with barely any English...I probably deserve a big smack hand for this non PC comment, but things are not getting any better in the UK and there are a lot of nationalities now employed by our companies with very poor English, who really shouldn't be making so many errors...the PO employs people who can barely string two words of English together, this cannot be sensible...big hugs....
