The judge in the divorce case has now given his ruling. Despite Ms Mills attempt to prevent disclosure on the grounds that it would endanger her daughter, Mr Justice Bennett revealed the ruling and told her could not appeal against it publication.
The judge described Ms Mills as having a strong willed and determined personality with a kind disposition and devoted to her charities.
Sir Paul’s evidence was balanced, consistent, accurate and honest. He expressed himself moderately although at times with justifiable irritation.
The judge indicated that he gave Ms Mills every allowance but much of her evidence both written and oral was not just inconsistent but inaccurate and les than candid. He added that overall she was a less than impressive witness.
So there we have it, we can understand now why she did not want the judgement published. It wasn’t to protect her daughter. It because the world will officially know the truth, she is a liar and a schemer, and of course £24.3m better off.
